Release change notes for Ver 3.33.0 as of....... 10 June 2011
================================================

As some menu items have been added/moved a new language dll file is required .

======================================================
Note - 1, 2 and 3 below were actually contained within the maintenance release 3.32.2

1) The use of the CW $log$ macro could cause a lock up in the telnet window if no
callsign was entered. Bug cleared.

2) Changes made to CW Machine callsign editing to be compatible with the Logbook
Callsign editing. Previously the left/right arrows moved between the callsign field and the
CW text field. This has been changed to Up/Dn Arrows. Navigation between Callsign field,
STX and Name field is by <TAB>

3) Attempted to clear a bug that causes red lining in the MMVari AUX windows. A fix
has been made but the real problem lies within the MMvari software

4) If the User field FREQ-RX was set up in the log input window but left blank ,
".000" was placed in the RX FREQ column in the logbook. Bug corrected so as to
leave this column blank - as before.

5) Bug fixed where auto-populate of user fields on the logbook entry window would
not work correctly if the clear callsign on QSY option was enabled.

6) If the BAND column/field WAS displayed in the logbook then Logger32 behaved
correctly when editing the mode from CW to SSB and/or vice versa but if the BAND
column was NOT displayed then the editing of the mode did not correctly change the
report (59/599) figures.. Bug cleared.

7) Bug fixed where returning focus to the logbook entry window with a callsign in
the callsign field that is the same as the last highlighted callsign on the logbook
page window would fail to populate the status bars correctly.

8) The CW Machine macros did not handle embedded <CR> characters correctly. Bug
corrected

9) Changes were made for the 3.32 release that rewrote the underlying code to handle
focus changes of the Logbook entry Window. Bob Furzer was still not satisfied with
the way it looks/works so the code was rewritten again.

10) The IOTA Activity window now allows sort by IOTA, Call, Island Group, and Start
Date Columns.

11) Bug cleared whereby the Export QSL file facility printed the header line twice

12) Code changed to that when using DIG and/or PHO in the Worked/Confirmed Window,
the QSO B4 THIS BAND/MODE option compares QSOs for DIG and/or PHO and not by logged
mode as before.

13) Bug fix. Sort order of the Logbook Page Window is correctly remembered following
a search and QSO selection.

14) Change made so the External Interface is notified when user aborts an eQSL Export
or a LoTW Export.

15) Changes made to the way some macros are handled in the CW Machine to clear a
couple of reported bugs.

16) Change made to DX Spot Window caption. ( to include operator)

17) Change made so the changing the DX Spot Window selection for all operators to
current operator (and the other way) now goes through all DX Spots in the DXSpot
window and changes colors as necessary. Previously only new spots received after the
selection was changed reflected the new color. Spots already received were left
unchanged.

18) Changes made in an attempt to handle unplugged USB cables better.

19) Changes made to the 'feel' of the QSO Search Window' -- Things like changing
Sort Order by clicking on the Logbook Page while Search Window open.

20) DX Spot Window menu SETUP | APPEARANCE | COLOR SELECTION & AUDIO ALERTS FOR THIS
OPERATOR ONLY has been removed. DX Spot Windows statistice (worked/confirmed etc)
are derived from the Worked/Confirmed Window. 'This operator only' colors/alerts
now follow the Worked/Confirmed Window menu selection.

21) New Menus added to the Worked/Confirmed Window that allows the user to select
what QSO confirmed information is displayed. This selection will also effect the
colours shown in the DX Spot table. In addition the title bar to the DX Spot
and the Worked/confirmed windows now displays the operator and QSL type selected.

22) Added CALL to the list of columns on the 425 DX Window on which the user can sort.

23) Code added to QSL, eQSL and LotW Export that saves the path /file information
last used.

24) The following changes made to the CW Machine:

 a) To match WinKey, the intercharacter stretch has been changed from ~ to |. Also,
to match WinKey, the stretch time has been changed from adding 50% to the
intercharacter time to adding 50% of a dot to the intercharacter time.

 b) In an effort to match WinKey, prosigns $ = SX, ; = AA, < = AR and > = SK have
been added to the software keyer.

the list of software prosigns and punctuation supported is:

         Case "/": encode = "-..-."
         Case ".": encode = ".-.-.-"
         Case ",": encode = "--..--"
         Case ":": encode = "---..."
         Case "?": encode = "..--.."
         Case "-": encode = "-....-"
         Case "'": encode = ".----."
         Case "(": encode = "-.--.."
         Case ")": encode = "-.--.-"
         Case """": encode = ".-..-."
         Case "@": encode = ".--.-."
         Case "$": encode = "...-..-"
         Case ";": encode = ".-.-"
         Case "<": encode = ".-.-."
         Case ">": encode = "...-.-"
         Case "=": encode = "-...-"
         Case "+": encode = ".-.-."
         Case "&": encode = ".-..."
         Case "!": encode = "...-."
         Case "@": encode = ".--.-."

 c) There is a note in the documentation that software prosigns = + & ! and @ can
not be included in macros. This has been changed.

25) If a DX Spot from a SH/DX/nn command was a duplicate (and filter dupes was checked),
then the time field of the original DX Spot was set to nothing. Bug cleared.

** Changed main country prefix and offset prefixes for Asiatic Russia from UA9 to R9.

This is to avoid confusion when a specific callsign (for example, UA9B) and offset prefix (UA9B) are matched and portable callsigns are not recognized correctly.

** Timezones for Asiatic Russia (R9, formerly UA9) corrected to reflect abolition of daylight saving time (DST) in Russia.
