                            - Hi Carl. Nice to see you.

                            - You too. How are you Mat?

                            - I’m fine, thanks. How’s your new office?

                            - Great, thanks. It’s in a modern building. It’s got colourful walls, large windows and                                                         a balcony with the view of the city centre.

                            - Large windows? Is it hot on sunny days?
