Research Machines programmers Steve Simmonds & Julian Digby have developed this program primary to help maintain Research Machines highest standards. Thanks to them & Research Machine it is now available to allow users to check the make, model number and type of synchronous DRAM DIMM in their PC.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Copy the file [dimm-id] into a temp directory such as c:\temp
2. From DOS run the command c:\temp\dimm_id x (where x is the number of DIMM slots in your motherboard)
3. For further help run the command c:\temp\dimm_id h
Please note that there is NO technical support for this product. Any questions you have please email VML where upon we see if we can get some feedback.
Please note – this utility will NOT work if your DIMM has no SPD program for it to interogate!
