How to keep personal data secure?

I have no any personal data on my blog but there is a few ways that I can protect personal data.

Firewall – very basic thing installed on the computer protecting against “uninvited guests” like hackers trying to stole personal data.

Anti-virus: that is a next basic thing what I can do to help protect data. Viruses are dangerous pieces of code which can stole or make damage to the data.

Password – good password is a very good protection against hackers and other people who have access to my computer. They can have access to the computer but when I have password they can’t have access to the data that I store. Good password should have at least 6 letters, capital letters, special letters such as “ó” and symbols like “@” or “£” numbers as letters or words. Example of good and secure password is %P@S$woRd4YóU91*. From a simple word “password for you” can be more complicated and harder to brake when I use all of those things such as numbers, capital letters, special letters and symbols to make it secure.

Back-up’s: is the best thing what I can done for my data, send it away from my computer and give it to someone else who will care about it and give me back when I’ll need that data.
